These terms cover your use of Meshkit MCP (the "service"), a Claude connector made by Meshkit Labs ("we"). By adding the connector or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

What the service does

The service helps you prepare blockchain transactions for the pons launchpad on Robinhood Chain from inside Claude: launching tokens, reading token information, and sweeping and claiming creator fees. It prepares transactions and sends them to your wallet for approval. You decide whether to sign. We never hold your private keys or your funds.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for every transaction you approve. Check the details your wallet shows before you sign. Blockchain transactions are final and can't be reversed.
• You are responsible for the names, tickers, descriptions, links and images you use. Don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights, impersonate others, mislead buyers, or break any law that applies to you.
• You must be legally allowed to use crypto assets and services like this where you are.
• Don't attack, overload, or try to get around the limits of the service.

Risks

• Tokens can lose all of their value. Launching or buying a token is high risk.
• pons V2 contracts are unaudited and are run by a third party we don't control. They may change, stop working, or contain bugs.
• Networks, wallets, RPC providers, IPFS and Claude itself can fail or be slow.
• Claude can make mistakes. The preview card and your wallet show what will actually be signed; rely on those.
• Nothing from the service or from Claude is financial, legal or tax advice.

Fees

Meshkit MCP does not currently charge a fee. You pay the network gas and any fees set by pons, which your wallet shows before you sign. If we ever add a fee, it will be shown clearly before you approve anything.

Third parties

The service relies on pons, Robinhood Chain, WalletConnect (Reown), Pinata/IPFS, RPC providers, our hosting provider and Anthropic's Claude. Their own terms apply to your use of them. Meshkit MCP is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by pons or Robinhood.

Limits and changes

We may set usage limits (for example, launches per wallet per day), change features, or suspend access to protect the service or its users.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Meshkit Labs is not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
